Role Overview
We are seeking a Medical Director with a strong clinical background and experience in medical products, devices, or AI-driven healthcare solutions. This role is critical in bridging clinical expertise with cutting-edge AI technologies, ensuring our solutions are clinically validated, regulatory-compliant, and impactful for patients. The candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, regulatory, and business teams to shape and validate our AI/ML-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Define and drive the clinical direction of our AI/ML-powered medical products, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and real-world patient needs.
Regulatory & Market Access: Lead or collaborate on the regulatory approval process, ensuring compliance with FDA, CE Mark, and other global regulatory bodies for AI-based medical devices.
Reimbursement Strategy: Support payer engagement, reimbursement strategy development, and discussions with medical societies and healthcare institutions.
Clinical Research & Validation: Design and oversee clinical studies to validate the safety, efficacy, and performance of our AI-powered products, ensuring strong evidence generation.
Product Development Oversight: Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure AI algorithms and software solutions meet rigorous clinical safety and performance standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, clinicians, and patients to drive product adoption and clinical acceptance.

Job requirements
Qualifications
MD, DO, or equivalent clinical degree: Board certification in a relevant medical specialty is preferred.
2-3+ years of experience: In clinical practice, medical devices, digital health, or AI-driven healthcare technologies.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks: FDA, CE Mark, and global standards for medical AI/ML applications.
Experience in clinical research and validation: Particularly with AI-based healthcare solutions, medical imaging, or digital therapeutics.
Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to bridge clinical, technical, and business teams.
